Broker Shinglian Chu becomes the founding president of the newly established Tri-County Chapter of Asian Real Estate Association of America at an Inaugural Ball held at South Hills Country Club on Dec. 17th. The event boasted about 100 attendees and included honorable guests Ivan Choi, national default sales executive for New Vista Asset Management and national AREAA board member, as keynote speaker and Walnut City councilman and former mayor Joaquin Lim. AREAA endeavors to advocate homeownership in the APA community and helps mortgage and real estate professionals who serve this community. The new Tri-County Chapter of AREAA will serve the San Gabriel Valley and its surrounding communities.
