Figures from the Citrus Valley Association of Realtors show somewhat of a rebound in home sales volume at the end of 2009 for the Eastern San Gabriel-Pomona Valley areas. Looking back over a 5-year period from January 2005 through December 2009, we saw listings rise and sales plummet, particularly during the last quarter of 2007 into 2008. However, the number of new listings and pending sales at the end of 2009 returned to 2005 levels, with units sold reaching numbers not seen since September of 2005.
